L’Ougandais Abel Chelangat a remporté la 8e édition du Marathon international de Rabat avec un chrono de 2h09min25sec, devançant le Marocain Soufiyan Bouqantar.
Chez les dames, la Marocaine Rahma Tahiri conserve son titre en s’imposant en 2h25min2sec. Le semi-marathon a vu Omar Aït Chitachen triompher chez les hommes et l'Éthiopienne Kalkidan Fentie Debeb chez les dames.
